Can Muscle Cramps Cause Bruising?
Here is a more clinical answer from the publication Statcarewalkin.com.
While muscle cramps themselves do not directly cause bruising, they can sometimes lead to bruising as a secondary effect. When a muscle cramp occurs, the muscle fibers contract forcefully, which can result in small blood vessels bursting. This can cause blood to leak into the surrounding tissues, leading to bruising.

Pictures Of The Bruise After the Cramp
The initial cramp that caused the bruising happened while sprinting on September 24th, 2023. The pictures below show the progression of the bruise. I think most of the damage was done while sprinting. But it happened again while playing pick-up basketball on October 1st, 2023. That is when I started taking pictures.
